The diocese management platform

One platform,
from parish to diocese.

ChurchBell Diocese gives the Bishop a single, living view over every affiliated parish. Assessment, finance, members, workforce, talent, property and legal — one connected, transparent, accountable diocese, built on the same platform your churches already trust.

Why we built it

Designed with the diocese, for the diocese.

We're software engineers who grew up watching our own relatives fill church ledgers every Sunday. In 2022, ChurchBell began in a single parish. No ads, no campaigns — every church that joined came through word of mouth.

As parishes came aboard, one question kept returning from the diocesan office: what does all of this look like together? Assessment owed and paid, finances across every church, staff nearing retirement, land and buildings, court cases with a hearing next week.

ChurchBell Diocese is the answer. It sits above the parishes your churches already run on, and rolls their books up — live — into one place the Bishop can trust. Not a stitched-together set of one-offs. One product, one platform.

No. Each parish keeps running ChurchBell exactly as it does now. The diocese platform sits above them and rolls their books up automatically — there's nothing new for a church treasurer to learn.
